From fisheries, aquaculture to maritime, extraction, biotechnology, and renewable energy, the sector holds immense potential for sustainable growth. However, the youth, who should be at the center of this transformation, are face a critical gap in accessing opportunities, skills, networks, and decision-making spaces to fully engage & innovate. BEC is championing youth leadership and innovation in Ghana & Africa's Blue Economy. In less than a year, we have built a platform that has brought together & supported 1000s of youth across different sectors of the blue economy, through opportunities, events, programs, collaborations, and co-creation of innovation & sustainable projects!
