MISSION & VISION: We are committed to enabling the youth (capacity & opportunities) and ensuring that they play a central role (innovation, co-creation, and leadership) in shaping policies, advancing research, and developing solutions that drive a prosperous, inclusive, and resilient blue economy (ocean, water resources, and related environmental sectors).

Capacity Building
Providing practical training, workshops, and mentorship programs to equip youth and early-career professionals with industry-relevant skills in the blue economy.
Projects
Designing and implementing community-driven & climate-smart projects that address environmental challenges, restore ecosystems, and create sustainable livelihoods.
Opportunities
Through our Opportunities Thursday initiative, we have shared 300+ jobs, scholarships, internships, & funding opportunities, connecting the youth to global pathways in the sector.

Supporting youth-led innovations and startups by providing collaboration, visibility, guidance, and access to networks and resources
