Our team is made of young professionals & youth founders with diverse expertise across the different sectors of the blue economy & related sectors. From master’s to PhDs, our backgrounds cut across maritime, engineering, aquaculture, ocean governance, biodiversity & fisheries management, civil engineering, WASH, renewable energy, GIS, spatial planning, economics, accounting, project management, communications, agriculture. Many have worked on different local & international projects (including the likes of the UN, FAO, World Bank, IUCN, AU-IBAR, ASC, EJF).

In addition, we are backed and mentored by an official Advisory Board of seasoned experts across the African Union, European Commission, Fisheries Commission, UN, and renowned Universities (McGill & University of Cape Coast), and the Chamber of Aquaculture!
