Comms co-lead (Graphic Designer)
Gabriel Otoo Dadzie is an aspiring environmental researcher with a strong foundation in Natural Resources Management and Ecological Research. He holds a BSc in Natural Resources Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Gabriel has growing experience in sustainability, field research, and science communication. He served as a Research Assistant on a postgraduate dissertation investigating the impact of forensic science on the judicial system, where he contributed literature reviews, field data collection, and analytical support. His undergraduate research focused on nutrient release dynamics in cashew foliage, which he presented as part of his academic thesis.
Professionally, Gabriel worked with the Judicial Service of Ghana as a Court Clerk, where he refined administrative, organizational, and communication skills in a high-stakes environment. In the volunteering space, he served on the Technical and Media Team contributing to the coordination of webinars, environmental workshops, and public awareness campaigns, while managing technical logistics and media content at A Rocha KNUST and has served as a Project Support Lead and Peer Tutor, mentoring students in coursework and academic development.
Gabriel brings strong skills in R programming, Microsoft Office, and Figma, applying them in environmental data analysis and communication. His interest in sustainability, digital storytelling, and conservation positions him as a valuable member of multidisciplinary teams. As a proactive team member with leadership and communication strengths, Gabriel is committed to supporting evidence-based environmental advocacy and contributing to the goals of sustainable development.
